Since Filmflix provides instant access to digital streaming content, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.

Refunds may be approved if:

• Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
• Payment was successful but the subscription was not activated.
• Unauthorized duplicate transaction verified by Filmflix .
• Verified technical failure preventing service activation.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind.

• Dissatisfaction with available movies or web series.
• Internet connectivity issues.
• Device incompatibility.
• Accidental purchases after successful activation.
